Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business signing up) and Leadly. You accept them by checking “I agree to the Terms” at checkout, and by using Leadly. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Leadly.

1. What Leadly does

Leadly provides pay-per-lead advertising. We run ads on your behalf in the area you choose and deliver the leads they bring in to you in the Leadly app. Leads are collected for your business only and never sold or shared. Fees are for advertising, billed per lead delivered. You approve your ad before it goes live.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts for your business. Keep your information accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Pricing and billing

  • Price per lead: set by your trade. Today: personal injury law firms $900, pools $175, solar $150, foundation repair $150, roofing $125, remodeling $120, windows & doors $110, AC & heating $90, concrete $80, plumbing $65, painting $60, landscaping $50, moving $40, cleaning $35, other trades $60. Every lead is exclusive: it goes only to you.
  • Prepaid leads: you prepay for 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250 leads at a time. The amount is your price per lead × the number of leads. For 500 or more, ask us for a custom quote. There are no free leads except bad-lead replacements, delivery credits and referral rewards.
  • Delivery pace: leads are delivered steadily over about 2–4 weeks for 10–50 leads and 4–8 weeks for 100 or more. If a pack isn’t fully delivered by the end of its window (4 weeks for up to 50 leads, 8 weeks for 100 or more, plus any days you paused your ads), we add 10% more leads to it for free (rounded up, at least 1), once per pack.
  • Your ad: you see a preview of your ad in the Leadly app and approve it before it runs. If you change your photos or video, you approve the new version first. You can pause and resume your ads anytime in the app; your lead balance stays saved.
  • Payment: paid in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, by card, or by bank transfer (ACH) on purchases of $5,000 or more. You’re charged exactly the amount shown at checkout. Stripe asks for your billing address.
  • Payments that need to clear: for bank transfers, and card payments over $10,000, your ads launch once Stripe tells us the payment has cleared. Your leads are on your account as soon as the payment succeeds.
  • Auto-reload: on by default at checkout, and you can turn it off there or anytime in the app. When you have 3 leads left, we charge your saved payment method for the same number of leads again. If a charge fails we’ll tell you, and we won’t try again more than once a day.
  • Lead quality: we check every lead. A lead with an invalid phone number, an obviously fake name or email, or a ZIP code well outside your service area is delivered free and reviewed by us. It only uses a lead from your balance if our review confirms it’s real.
  • How leads are counted: each lead delivered to you uses one lead from your balance. If the same phone number asks you again within 60 days, that lead is delivered free and marked “Repeat lead (free)”. When your balance reaches 0, your ads pause automatically and turn back on when you add leads. A lead that arrives while your balance is 0 is held and delivered as soon as you add leads, using one of them. We never deliver leads you haven’t paid for.
  • Unused leads stay on your account for 12 months from the date you paid for them.
  • We may change prices per lead for future purchases. We’ll tell you ahead of time, and a change never affects leads you’ve already paid for. Founding members and price locks (section 5) keep your price from going up.

4. Cancellation, refunds and disputes

  • There is no contract and no monthly fee. You can stop anytime: turn off auto-reload and don’t add more leads. You can also pause your ads anytime in the app.
  • Before your ads launch: you can ask for a full refund of what you paid, for any reason. If we can’t get your ads running, we refund everything too.
  • Once your ads have launched, unused leads are not refunded in cash. They stay on your account as credit for 12 months, and you can use them for another trade or service area: just ask us (if the price per lead differs, we convert them at their dollar value). At checkout you confirm that you understand this. A refund we give removes the refunded, unused leads from your balance.
  • Chargebacks: if you dispute a payment with your bank or card company, every lead that payment paid for comes off your balance, including leads already delivered, so your balance can go below zero. Auto-reload turns off, your saved card is removed, and your account is on hold: you can’t add leads until we clear the hold. If the dispute is decided in our favor, the leads are put back.
  • Free leads (referral rewards, delivery credits and replacements for bad leads) have no cash value, can’t be transferred and are never refunded.

5. Founding members and tiers

  • Founding members: the first 50 businesses to pay become founding members. Their price per lead stays locked for as long as they buy at least once every 90 days. After a gap of more than 90 days, the founding price ends for good.
  • Tiers are set by what you paid in the last 90 days. Refunds and chargebacks are subtracted.
    • Platinum (any pack): bad-lead replacement within 72 hours, price lock (your price per lead doesn’t go up while you stay in a tier), job tracker and money-made stats.
    • Diamond ($5,000 or more in 90 days): everything in Platinum, plus fresh ads every 2 weeks, review booster (email your customers and share your review link; no text messages), storm alerts when severe weather is forecast in your area with one-tap reload, and 1 extra team user.
    • Galaxy ($15,000 or more in 90 days, or any 250-lead pack): everything in Diamond, plus 5 extra team users, priority delivery, a monthly results report and strategy call, multiple cities and locations, and VIP support.
  • After 90 days without a purchase, you move down one tier, and one more for each further 90 days. Buying again brings you back to the tier your last 90 days of spend earns.
  • Tier benefits have no cash value, can’t be transferred and are only for the business that earned them. Team users can see and work your leads; only the account owner can buy, change settings or delete the account.

6. Referrals and partners

  • Customer referrals: every account gets a referral link in the Leadly app. When a new business that signed up with your link has paid for leads a 2nd time, you get 3 free leads. They’re added 14 days after that payment clears, and only if the business hasn’t had a refund or chargeback by then. The business you refer doesn’t get anything extra. You can earn up to 12 referral rewards a year. Referral leads have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
  • Partners: approved partners earn 10% of what their referred businesses pay for advertising during the 12 months after that business’s first payment. Commissions are paid monthly once they reach $50, only after the payment has cleared (a 60-day hold). Nothing is paid on refunded or charged-back payments, and commissions already earned on them are reversed. US partners must give us tax information before payout.
  • Who counts: only new businesses. A business is not new if its owner, phone number, email, address, tax ID or payment card was on any earlier Leadly account. The referral link must be used at signup and can’t be added later. You can’t refer yourself, another location or name of your own business, or anyone who shares your owner, phone number, email, address, tax ID or payment card.
  • Automatic review: a referral that shares a payment card, phone number, IP address or billing address with the person who referred it is held automatically. No reward or commission is paid on it unless we review and approve it.
  • One reward per business: each new business earns one reward only (customer reward or partner commission, never both). If several links were used, the first one wins. Partners may not share or pass commissions back to the business they refer.
  • Not allowed: spam, fake accounts, misleading claims about Leadly, coupon or deal sites, and running ads on the word “Leadly”.
  • We may hold, cancel or take back rewards connected to fraud, abuse or breaking these rules, and we may change or end the program for future referrals at any time.

7. Results

We work hard to bring you good leads, but advertising results vary with your trade, area, season, budget, pricing and how quickly you respond. We don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue. Any estimates we show are estimates, not promises.

8. Leads and lead data

  • For your business only. Leads are collected for your business only and never sold or shared.
  • Your use of leads. You may use a lead only to respond to that person’s request. You may not sell, share or transfer lead information, or add it to other marketing lists. When you call, text or email a lead, you must follow telemarketing and texting laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), do-not-call rules and any consent requirements that apply to you. If a person asks you to stop contacting them or to delete their information, you must do so.
  • Bad leads are replaced free. You can report a lead for one of four reasons: a fake name, a wrong or disconnected number, a duplicate of an earlier lead, or a request from outside your service area. Report it in the Leadly app within 72 hours of delivery and before you mark it Contacted, Quoted or Won; each lead can be reported once. When a report is approved, we add a free lead to your balance.
  • Replacement limit: up to 15% of the leads in each purchase can be replaced (rounded down, at least 1). Once a purchase reaches its limit, its remaining leads can’t be reported.
  • How reports are checked: we check each report automatically: duplicates against your earlier leads, service area by ZIP code distance, phone numbers against the numbering plan, and names for obvious fakes. If the check confirms the problem, the lead is replaced right away. If the lead looks real, we review the report by hand and approve or deny it. We may turn off automatic replacement for accounts whose report rate is well above average and review their reports by hand.

9. Attorneys and law firms

  • Leadly is an advertising service, not a lawyer referral service. We don’t recommend any attorney, screen people or cases by legal merit, or refer anyone to an attorney. The ads name your firm, and requests go to your firm only.
  • Your State Bar rules are your responsibility. Your firm is responsible for complying with the rules of professional conduct and the advertising and solicitation rules of every State Bar you’re admitted to. At signup your firm confirms that this advertising arrangement complies with those rules and that its counsel has approved it.
  • Labeling: every attorney ad and form is labeled “Attorney Advertising”.
  • Pricing: you pay a flat advertising fee per lead delivered, never a share of any legal fee or recovery. Only leads that match the qualifying questions are charged: the person says they were injured, the accident happened in the last 2 years, they weren’t at fault and they don’t have a lawyer yet. Leads that don’t match are delivered free. Matching those answers is not a judgment about the legal merit of any case.
  • You make every decision about whether to contact a person, run conflict checks and accept a case. Leadly is not a law firm and gives no legal advice.

10. Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos, logos and information you give us, and that your business is licensed as required. You give us permission to use that content in your ads and to run your ads. We may decline or change ad content that is misleading, unlawful or breaks advertising platform rules.

11. Notifications and emails

We send lead alerts as notifications from the Leadly app and, if you turn them on in the app, by email. We also email you about your account: receipts, login links, low-balance and reload notices. You can turn off app notifications on your device at any time. We don’t send text messages.

12. Acceptable use

Don’t use Leadly for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, and don’t try to break, copy or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

13. Disclaimers and limit of liability

Leadly is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Leadly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost jobs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we’ll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use Leadly means you accept the updated terms.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
